Who can do this ?
All members of a project who have the Administrator, Contributor or Validator role
Steps
Go to the Projects or folder page by clicking on the ‘Briefcase’ or folder icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:

Go to the DAM page by clicking on the “Folders” icon or on
Choose a project or folder by clicking on its name to open it
Browse folders to go to the relevant folder
Right-click on a file
Choose ‘Info’ to open the window with file information
Click on ‘Show/hide technical information’
