Who can do this ?
All users with a HERAW account
If you can’t log in to your HERAW account because you forgot your password, don’t worry. You can easily reset it by following the steps below:
Go to the Login Page
Visit https://app.heraw.com/en/sign-in/ and click on “Forgot password?” under the login form.
Enter Your Email Address
Type in the email address associated with your HERAW account, then click “Send reset link”.
Check Your Inbox
You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Set a New Password
Click the link in the email, which will direct you to https://app.heraw.com/en/password-reset/. Enter your new password and confirm it. Make sure to choose a strong password you haven’t used before.
Log In
Return to the login page and access your account with your new password.
