Who can do this ?
All users who have access to resource management from the administration console
Steps
Go to the Objects page by clicking on the 'Objects' icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:
Choose the ‘Resources’ tab at the top right to display the list of resources
Click on the ‘Create’ button at the top right to display the resource creation window
Enter the name of the resource in the ‘Name’ field
Fill in the optional fields
Choose labels to associate with the resource
Add an image to the resource (optional)
Click on the ‘Create’ button at the bottom right of the window
See the new resource in the resource list
