Who can do this ?
All users who have access to label management from the administration console
Steps
Go to the Objects page by clicking on the 'Objects' icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:
Choose the ‘Resources’ tab at the top right to display the list of resources
Click on the ‘Labels’ icon in the right menu of the interface to display the labels panel
Click on the ‘Add label’ icon at the top right of the panel
Enter the name of the label in the ‘Name’ field
Click on the ‘Create’ button at the bottom right of the window
