Who can do this ?
All users who are invited with the Administrator role to a project or folder that belongs to a HERAW user with the ‘Subtitles’ plugin
Steps
Go to the Projects page by clicking on the ‘Briefcase’ icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:
Choose a project by clicking on its name to open it
Click on the ‘Folders’ tab at the top right of the interface
or
Go to the DAM page by clicking on the ‘Folders’ icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:
Select a folder that contains files
Right-click on a video file to view its options
Choose ‘Information’ to display file information
Change the timecode in the ‘Timecode offset’ field
Information
Changing this information allows you to change the starting timecode of the video file. This does not modify the source file, only the display in HERAW.
Can we change the appearance of the subtitles?
Yes, on the subtitles tool, pencil icon for editing.
What format of subtitles are accepted?
Formats SRT, STL, VTT import or export are accepted.
