Go to your project

Go to the magnifying glass icon at the top left

Enter a search in the form field at the top right

Search by file name, keyword, label or metadata

Press the keyboard key ‘Enter’

Choose content present in search results

Information

The search is carried out on all files, folders and comments to which you have access.

The search will search in the name of the files, their descriptions and their keywords, in the name of the folders, their description, their keywords and their labels, in the content of the comments.

Can I copy paste an entire folder?

Yes, and all elements in it will be added to HERAW, with a limit of 3 levels of subfolders accepted

Can I delete the version history of media?

Yes, whether it is the current or old versions, by clicking on display right-click versions of the media
