Steps

Go to the Projects page by clicking on the ‘Briefcase’ icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:

Choose a project by clicking on its name to open it

Click on the Planning tab at the top right of the interface

View all events and tasks visible to the team you are part of

Information

The events displayed are both those with which you are associated and those with which you are not associated.

You will only see events that have been made available for viewing for your team.

If you are part of the Admins team for this project, you will be able to view all events and tasks for a project.
