Steps

Go to the Objects page by clicking on the 'Objects' icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:

Choose the ‘Entities’ tab at the top right to display the list of entities

Click on the ‘Create’ button at the top right to display the entity creation window

Enter the name of the entity in the ‘Name’ field

Choose a color in the bullet to the right of the entity name

Fill in the optional fields

Add an image to the entity (optional)

Click on the ‘Create’ button at the bottom right of the window

See the new entity in the entity list
