Steps

Go to the Projects page by clicking on the ‘Briefcase’ icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:

Choose a project by clicking on its name to open it

or

Go to the DAM page by clicking on the “Folders” icon or on

Browse folders to go to the relevant folder

Right click in the folder

Choose ‘Download’

Choose whether you want to download the first tree level or all subfolders

Wait for receipt of the email allowing you to download the file in ZIP format

Information

Folder archive creation times depend on the number of contents and the volume of data.

The downloaded folders will be located in the destination folder configured on your browser.
