Goal

Understand and configure the various options available when creating or editing a Cast Link.

Available Settings

• Name: Give your link a clear, descriptive name

• Allow Downloads: Let external viewers download the file(s)

• Allow Comments: Enable annotation or comments

• Expiration Date: Set a deadline after which the link will be deactivated

• View Limit: Set how many views the link allows

• Combined Limits: If both expiration and views are set, the link expires when the first of the two is reached
