HERAW accepts all file types. However, only the following formats are viewable in our integrated player and annotatable:

• Videos: MP4, MOV, AVI, ProRes

• Images: PNG, JPG, TIFF

• PDF Documents

• Audio Files: MP3, WAV, AAC

• Word, Excel, PowerPoint Documents: Viewable via Microsoft Office Online integration

• Web Files: ZIP (must include an index.html file)

• 3D Files: GLB

To ensure optimal audio quality, we recommend the following specifications, inspired by Vimeo’s guidelines:

• Audio Codec: AAC-LC (Low Complexity AAC)

• Bitrate: 320 kbps

• Sampling Rate: 48 kHz

File Size and Structure

• Maximum File Size: 5 TB

• Maximum Files Uploaded per Batch: 2000 files

• Maximum Folders Uploaded: 200 folders

• Maximum Subfolder Depth: 30 levels

Recommendations for Optimal Uploads

Internet Connection

• Recommended Speed: 100 Mbps (ideal: 1 Gbps)

• Minimum Speed: 5 Mbps

• Prefer a wired connection over Wi-Fi for better stability.

Recommended Browsers

HERAW works best on Chromium-based browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, etc.).

Best Practices to Avoid Upload Errors

• Ensure your file meets the recommended formats.

• Limit the number of files uploaded simultaneously.
