Who can do this ?
Only project creators or members with the administrator role can share a folder with a team
Steps
Go to the Projects page by clicking on the ‘Briefcase’ icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:
Choose a project by clicking on its name to open it
Right-click on a folder
Choose ‘Manage access’ to display the folder access management window
Choose the teams that can have access to this folder by checking the box next to their name
or
Go to this folder
at the top left click on the button to the right of the folder name
modify the teams with access to this folder

When creating a folder you can choose which teams will have access to this folder
