Who can do this ?

All users with either the role of administrator, service provider or approver can create tasks on projects.

Steps

Go to the Stains page by clicking on the Stains icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:

Click on the ‘Tasks’ menu at the top right of the interface

Fill out the form

Choose the project from the drop-down list

Enter the description of your task in the Description field

Drag and drop an attachment into the description field to add a file to your task

Choose a resolution due date for your task

Choose one or more project members from the drop-down list

Click on the Save button at the bottom of the window

Information

Only project members can be associated with a task, only members of the team in which the task is located can be associated with it.

Administrators can be associated with any task.
