Who can do this ?
All members of a project who have the Administrator, Contributor or Validator role
Steps
Go to the Projects page by clicking on the ‘Briefcase’ icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:

Go to the DAM page by clicking on the “Folders” icon or on
Choose a project by clicking on its name to open it
Browse folders to go to the relevant folder
Right-click on a file
Choose ‘File Status’
Choose the status you want to associate with the file
or
Click on the status of a file in list or tile view
Choose the status you want to associate with the file
Information
The status of files can also be changed from the player view of a file.
Only Validators and Administrators can mark a file as validated.
The final validation of a file will be done either by the action of the Administrator or when all validators have validated a file.
