Steps

Go to the Projects page by clicking on the ‘Briefcase’ icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:

Choose a project by clicking on its name to open it

Click on the ‘Folders’ tab at the top right of the interface

or

Go to the DAM page by clicking on the ‘Folders’ icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:

Select a folder that contains files

Double click on a video file to open it

Click on the ‘Subtitles’ icon at the bottom right of the video timecode

Choose ‘Create subtitle’ to open the subtitle management window for this file

or

Click on the ‘Subtitles’ icon at the top right of the context menu

Click on the ‘Generate subtitle’ icon at the top right of the subtitle panel that has opened

Choose ‘Generate subtitle’ to open the subtitle management window for this file

Choose the source language of the video

Choose the language(s) into which to transcribe the subtitles

Check the box ‘Professional human post-editing’ if you wish to have proofreading and correction of AI-generated subtitles

Click on the ‘Generate’ button to generate the subtitles

View the window indicating the estimated subtitle generation time

Check your emails to be notified of the availability of your subtitles

Information

Transcription credits are deducted from the account of the person generating the subtitles.
