Steps

Go to the Projects page by clicking on the ‘Briefcase’ icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:

Choose a project by clicking on its name to open it

or

Go to the DAM page by clicking on the “Folders” icon or on

Browse folders to go to the relevant folder

Select the file(s) to download

Right-click on a file

Choose ‘Download’

Choose the quality in which you want to download the file

Wait for the download to finish on your computer

Information

The downloaded files will be located in the destination folder configured on your browser.

You can download a file from the file player view.
