Steps

Go to the Projects page by clicking on the ‘Briefcase’ icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:

Choose a project by clicking on its name to open it

Click on the ‘Folders’ tab at the top right of the interface

or

Go to the DAM page by clicking on the ‘Folders’ icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL:

Select a folder that contains files

Double click on a video file to open it

Click on the ‘Subtitles’ icon at the top right of the context menu

Choose a subtitle from the drop-down menu

Click on the ‘Download’ icon to display the list of choices

Click on the subtitle format you want to recover

It is possible to download 4 subtitle formats: Source file deposited on HERAW, an SRT format, an STL format or a VTT format
