Stay informed about your own network performance
We’ve introduced a new feature that alerts users when their internet connection is slow or unstable.
If API calls take more than 500ms, HERAW automatically runs a connection test. If the issue is confirmed to be on the user’s network (and not HERAW’s infrastructure), a notification appears in the bottom-left corner to inform them of potential slowdowns.
Benefits include:
Instant awareness of personal network issues,
Clarity on whether performance issues come from the user’s connection or HERAW,
Better troubleshooting before reporting potential problems.
