When creating a note, you can now choose whether it should be visible to everyone on the project or only to a specific team.

When no team is selected, the note is visible to everyone. When a team is selected, visibility is restricted to that team.

This visibility also applies to associated tasks, while anyone who can access the note can reply to it.
