More flexibility for retrieving your content
We’ve introduced a brand-new way for users to download files and folder structures from HERAW directly to their computer through our desktop application.
Now you can choose between three download options:
Desktop App – Download files with the complete folder structure preserved directly to your computer.
Browser Download – Download all files quickly, but without the folder structure.
Server-Side ZIP – Request a ZIP archive generated on HERAW’s servers (~1 minute per GB) and receive a download link by email. Once unzipped, the original folder structure is restored.
These options give you the speed, structure, or convenience you need depending on your workflow.
